In a surprise move, the PFBC decided to open trout season up 11 days early. Effective today, trout is now in season statewide. No children's day, just open to everyone.

For the first time ever, trout and bass are in season at the same time. At least until bass goes out of season on the 17th.

I saw that this morning! YAY, all those yahoos can go chase trout and leave my bass alone.
