872 NRX vs 892 GLX

Anyone have experience with both rods? Wanted to but a 872 nrx spinning rod but not a huge fan of the recoil guides. The 892 GLX has my attention if it's similar in action

Not much input on these 2 rods. I ended up with an NRX 852. I'll primarily be throwing jigworms with it and maybe some tubes. I'll let everyone know how i end up liking it.

Sorry I never used them. I don't even understand their labeling system.

Similar to dobyns. First 2 numbers are length in inches and 3rd digit is power. Example 852 = 82 inches (7'1"), 2 power. Their powers seem to run a little beefier than Dobyns though
