Help Setting up a 1996 Eyra with a new Yamaha 175 V Max SHO

Looking for any info that will help me setup my old girl. I have a 1996 Basscat Erya with a new 2019 Yamaha 175 V Max
I have a manual 5" jackplate, boat weighs 1,830 with engine. + 600 lbs gear and 350  for myself and partner.
Trying to find out what prop and size is recomended and PTP height, etc. Ive tried running a Yamaha SHO 3 blade 25 pitch prop but having trouble getting out of the hole with it any help would be great

I'm not familiar with Basscats or Yamaha but, I'd expect a 24p would be the ticket. Some of our Yamaha and Basscat guys should be chiming in soon.

Do you have any RPM numbers yet?

What RPMs you hit when trying to get out of the hole?
What RPMs you run at WOT once on pad?

Typically when having trouble getting out of the hole, it's one of two things. Prop is too big or the motor is too high and needs to be lowered.
