As the title says I am wanting to replace the carpet in my 2007 Bass Tracker.  I am wondering if anyone here has done this and what I might be expecting?  I was also thinking of going with something different than carpet, but don't know what would be a good option?  Don't want to sink a whole lot of money into the fix but need to do something since the carpeting is tearing on it!  So I guess my questions are how intense is the removal of the old carpet is going to be, and what is a good alternative to the carpet?

It's not complicated, pull the decks, strip off the old carpet, make sure wood is good if not replace, clean surface, spread glue(contact cement is best), allow to cure and go fishing. Sounds easy, it's not really, a dirty job but much cheaper if you do it yourself.
