Boom Goes the Dynamite!  and there you have it ladies and gentlemen....another concluded 2019 season.

Once again....my hat goes off to all of the members that came out week in and week out to compete, bust some stones, win a couple of $$$, and just enjoy being out on the water amongst one another.   A Big congrats to 2 Time Anger of Year winner Mr. Brian *SubFish* McCulley.   Brian set an ALL-TIME SJHT Record with Total Points, Total Bass Caught, and Total Weights caught over the course of a full season. See Stats in the Displayed Stat Sheet.

Congrats to SJHT 2019 Rookie Angler of the Year
  Tom Greene

Congrats to SJHT's Top 6 Anglers:
Brian, Rob, Jackson, Tom, Mick, and Bill Leach.
These guys are the epitome of putting in work on the water and excellence in character.

Alright....let's get to this weekends 2019 SJHT 2 Day Bass Classic.  Today, 14 out of the 22 Qualifiers descended upon the Salem Canal located in Salem, NJ  where it's a winner Take all event and the coveted 2019 SJHT Custom Bass Classic Championship Belt.

There were a total of 19 Bass caught giving way to a total of 35.26lbs. 9 out of 14 anglers caught at least 1 Bass. We had 4 limits caught. Day 1 Lunker went 4.65lbs and was won by Rob *Runner-up AOY 2019* Masterson. The overall avg. weight went 1.86lbs.   Anchored by that Lunker Bass, Rob held a sizable lead with 3 Bass weighing 9.71lbs.

Salem Canal Tale of the Tape:

Rob's 3 Bass leading Day 1:

Brian's 2nd place Day 1 standings: 5.52lbs

Mick's 3rd place standing Day 1 total of  4.58lbs:

Bill *The Hammer's* L.  4th place Day 1 Standing going 4.50lbs:

Moe...keeping his eyes on the Bass  4.20lbs....lol

Troops 2 Bass going 1.91lbs:

BN06 Dinks after Dinks being caught:

Early Morning view from the vessel and the lower than normal water and shorelines.

So with a gigantic nearly 4lb margin lead difference between 1st and 2nd place, most anglers felt Manasquan could be a difference maker in hauling in the bigger Bass....especially if Rob skunked.  LOL

Good evening BassinLou.  Glad to have a viable platform to which to share a day on the water.  I can honestly say that my members are really appreciative of all the pics and video montage.  As we discussed last year, Ultimatebass.com has been there from almost the very beginning.  Nearly 15 years for myself.  Its been fun and enjoyable.

Hopefully..there are some kids out there looking for way to improve there fishing and learning experience everytime out.  If they take anything away, then I've done my job of passing it forward.

Definitely won't be a stranger as other projects will pop up and have to prepare for the 2020 season.  Lol.
