Fishing is ruining my vacations

So the wife scheduled a vacation for late July. Her plan was to go to camp and fish for some walleye. It soon became me taking family and friends all week and running the boat and trolling rods. Also my filleting skills were put to use. We (I) caught and filleted 75 walleye in 5 days.
I threatened to sell all the walleye gear and she didn't understand how much I meant it. She asked me later why and I explained how much work and how tired I was. It even got so bad that I didn't want to fish for bass when we could not get on the big lake.
She says she understands and will not ask so many people to join us. I will believe it when they don't show up.
Oh I looked in the freezer and found only one bag of walleye left out of 10 bags.
Should I start charging fees? Or just go bass fishing?
Heck even when I went after bass I caught toothy critters.

That doesn't sound like a good way to spend a vacation, you might enjoy taking them out, doing the catching is fun but doing all the filleting then only getting one bag of fillets, not right. Did they offer to help pay for gas? Did they offer to help clean up and stow the gear? Who paid for the beer? Not very friendly taking advantage of someone who is giving you a free trip on their vacation, I'd hand them a guide fee invoice next time.

They did help fillet but I did the majority as I am so fast at it.
They both bought dinner one night.
I stowed all the gear as I just am used to it and no one asked what to do. They just got out of my way.

Folks who don't fish don't realize how much work it is putting people on fish and then cleaning them. My father and I go through the same pains whenever he takes his buddies with us on trips.

Man I feel for ya. If the person on vacation isn't able to be relaxed and doing what they want it's not a vacation in my opinion.
