Rods, Are We Over Doing It ?

I would love it if I could carry more rods in my boat.  Unfortunately my vintage age boat just does not have the size of rod lockers that fit todays modern rods.  Anything I take has to be on the deck and that just plain limits me on how many can be on the water.  You can bet if I had the space there would be a lot more combos rigged and ready in the lockers.

My deck boat only holds 3-4 rods  :'(

I have other areas to place them, just not secure places
There is nothing like sharing any moment outdoors with someone special!

For those with a bit extra to spend, I give you the good news, St. Croix Legend casting rods go for about 600$.

Old Fishermen never die, their rods just go limp.

You must be speaking of the new Legend Xtreme. That's about a $200 increase over the 2019 model.
They are using the AGS guides so I'm sure they had to work out a deal and pay Daiwa .
I really want to try one, not sure if I want to try one $630 worth or not.
