I am going tomorrow to pick up a Bass Tracker Pro Team 170TX, it is a 2007 and is in really good condition.  It has some minor blemishes on the carpet on deck and may have to replace trolling motor but other than that it is in good condition.  The boat doesn't have a ding in it and the 9.9 on the back looks brand new.  Can't wait to get it out on the water sometime real soon!!

Congrats!

Post some pics of your new ride when you get a chance.

Awesome. Just a warning once you get off the bank you will pretty much always want off the bank.

Congrats on the new ride there.  Enjoy the time on the water with it.

While not in a boat I have been off the bank for a few years now.  Been fishing from a float tube for about 5 years now.  Slow fishing that way but I wasn't stuck on shore!  Now I can just fish a little faster and cover more area

I often laugh at myself. I finally got a boat a while back and I fish the bank 80% of the time I'm in shallow weeds and crap. But there are a lot of shallow stuff I fish now I couldnt reach so its still a freedom thing. And I still bank fish some pools.

Yeah funny bass fisherman fight and fight to get off the bank and on a boat just to fish the bank!  Lol. Not just you sir!

Also I would love to post a photo but can't figure it out, so until a miracle happens guess I will just have to describe it to you all!  Lol

Nice!  You will enjoy that.  You should start posting fishing reports in your state board so that we can watch your progress.

That's a really nice rig.

Stayed in one family since it was purchased from factory.  Either covered or kept in garage.  Really pleased with it, needs a couple of things done to it but that will be winter projects!

Congrats on your new ride there.  Tks for sharing the pictures with us also.

It has the original 46 lb thrust trolling motor that came with it.  The arm that folds out when you put it in the water is cracked across, so I am going to put a bracket plate over the crack and bolt it on each side of the crack and use it for the rest of the summer.  Then hopefully upgrade to a new one over the winter for next year.

Congratulations on your boat, it will serve you well for many years.  My previous boat was a 1987 Tracker 170 TX.  It was 30 years old and serving me well when I sold it to it's current owner. (P.S., I replaced it with another Tracker)

Oldfart9999

You might want to look at 24 volt TMs, if you need it you have more power to hold in stronger wind or current and longer battery life.

Was thinking about 24 volt but don't really want to rewire the whole boat right now!  Really want to fish in it this year before winter!  Also I am not real good with the whole electrical thing as a whole!
