2018 Tracker 190 TX speedometer not working

Yesterday I took my boat out fishing and noticed the speedometer wasnt working. What should I look for to see what is wrong with it? Where does it get the reading from?

Check the pickup at the stern, if it's pointing straight out it won't read, also check tht the hose is connected. I rely on my GPS it's a lot more accurate.

There can also be a tube in the lower unit. I lot of times the hole on the leading edge of the lower unit will get plugged with debris. If this is the case, use a small drill bit and BY HAND drill the debris out.
