ATTN: RALLY ATTENDEES.  I still would like to do the traditional rally video again this year even though I won't be there.  I will take photos from the website that you post during the event time.  If you shoot any video I would like to have it and will include it in the video if possible.  As is tradition a thread will be opened in the rally forum to post your reports and pictures from the rally.  Remember some of what happens at Guntersville does not stay at Guntersville.  It is always fun to look back on the past videos and relive some of the fun and memories.  It is also good for the rally goers as well as some of them tend not to remember all of the details for a month or two afterward.

Quick question, never fished Guntersville before, is it considered a clear or murky/brown water lake?  Starting to think about what lures to bring

1-3 feet clarity depending on where you are.  at times maybe a bit more.
then again, I spend most of my time on the upper end.

down on the lower end, I think it's quite a bit better.

I'd call it clear without being 'gin clear'.  should be a bit of green stain to it, but not the algae bloom thing

Believe it or not some people don't drink. fishing is my drug of choice. and I do it at least three times a week.

Yes I did and I may have a drink or two. But that will be over the whole week. I can only drink a beer and a half before I am full. I also hate to be drunk, it is the worst feeling to me. but I love watching you guys act a fool.

Yes I did and I may have a drink or two. But that will be over the whole week. I can only drink a beer and a half before I am full. I also hate to be drunk, it is the worst feeling to me. but I love watching you guys act a fool.

I sold my wife on needing a better frog rod and was allowed to buy the new Xtasy755c.  Let alone the stock of line and weights I also picked up.
