but really, Mr & mrs T's isnt terrible.  Their spicy one is pretty good just needs a little more pepper, Worcestershire and celery salt.

Couple mats are starting to both look and sound correct



This one is not deep from bank out as there is a pretty sharp drop off and good grass edge but it's a good half mile with a creek channel in it

water is still really really warm.  Like 90.  need cool nights and the mats still need to get better but this particular one looks to be well on its way.

just my opinion.  Additionally, I did get small fish blowups -- but they must have drank too many beers and are out of practice.  They kept missing off to the side.

That might just be a good enough reason to drive up to Scottsboro to launch.  The new cabin is right down close to Guntersville and State Park.   Could be a real traffic nightmare on the water.

They starting to move up. Sporadic but you can find em. I was in about 11 feet of water. Throwing a swimbait up into 3-4 feet and working it through grass.   This was in the evening with clouds rolling in. As the nights cool I expect more of these and they'll start getting fatter.






Broke one off bigger than that about 10 minutes prior.

So they can be found.
