It'll never happen. The cops down here in Detroit are corrupt, and they don't care.

A guy that used to work with me committed a crime in Detroit and ran. They chased him on the freeway until they knew he was close enough to the border, then turned around. They didn't even bother to wait to see if MSP was close or not (they were, he got caught and went to jail), they didn't even care, as long as they didn't have to do paperwork
