You have to download a app for resizing ending give the resize app access to your photos and do it from there

UB will not host any photos.  You need to use a hosting service the makes it much easier.  I see from your post you have pics on a computer, I'll assume it is a laptop or desktop of some kind for the purpose of this post.

I use Image Shack to host my pictures.  It has a menu that will allow you to have a link to a forum site and all you have to do is copy and past that link in the body of your post.  You will not have any size restrictions to speak of.  I try to make my photos anywhere from 8x10 to 4x6 in size.  The larger size is better in my opinion.

There are multiple hosting sites on the net so it is just a matter of what works for you and perhaps your budget as some hosting locations have a charge for the service.  I used to use Photobucket but they changed from free to an outlandish price.  That is when I moved to image shack.  I understand that they now charge $18. per year or something like that.  I got in before the rush to replace photo bucket and it was free at that time.    If you are posting from a smart phone that many here use a free app called tapatalk that automatically handles the resizing issue.

I went ahead and paid the subscription of image shack. Now if I get some extra time Ill figure out how to link the 2.
