Guntersville Lake 25 Feb 2018 –  This report is for the past week...Guntersville really showed she can still produce great fish and good times as it appears the lake is back on the upswing.  We caught fish on variety of lures including the Sauty Bug D-Bombs from Missile Baits, Mussel Crawler Jigs from Tightline Jigs, Rattle Traps and crankbaits.  We caught them in just about every depth of water with our best fish coming in 4 FOW or less. Water temps range from 56 to 59 on the main channel and the creeks are 59 to 68 degrees.  Please wear your PFDs and beware of your surroundings; ***Guntersville changes every year, For those anglers that use the "Cut Through" at the powerlines just above Goose Pond, USE CAUTION...there is a 50 to 60 foot tree/log that has blocked the the entrance at the main channel.  Yesterday we saw a tournament angler hit it, they came real close to being thrown into the powerline super structure!!!  Make your reservations now for some great fishing on Guntersville, Nickajack or Tim's Ford. We supply all fishing gear, including Duckett fishing rods, LEW's reels, Vicious Fishing Line, top shelf lures such as Missile Baits soft plastics, and Tightline Jigs all at no additional cost you. We offer a Military Discount and 100% dedication to making your trip successful. "Let's go fish'in."
