Honestly, I almost didn't donate just because of all the spam posts asking for money. Hijacking threads and stuff. Kind of turned me off. I did make a modest contribution and I'm glad I did but we may want to keep that in mind in the future.  Btw not talking about your pm lip.

I tried very hard to make sure I only sent it to each member one time and out of the 300 + PM's I sent out I'm guessing I only did that about 5 or 6 times. Heck that's not bad considering I had 14 pagews of names to go through

Cortman, unfortunately you are absolutely correct in that there are a lot of false programs this time of year. Always be careful where you donate. I greatly appreciate you helping our cause, we are going to do the live drawing and if given permission will post a small video of Wendy receiving the check. That's the best I can do to prove authenticity.

Thank you everyone. I am still floored at the awesome donations this year Laurie and I are extremely grateful for each and everyone member of Ultimate Bass. With donations and prayers, I know Wendy is going to be okay this Christmas and that is solely because of you all getting together for a great cause.

Yep the Crud is a real beat down this go around. We had it beat but with so many people in the house it just keeps popping back up. I'm on my second round

We know that many folks don't want anything to do with the social media outlets, honestly I don't blame you one bit... But we have to manage them all for the good of the site. The forum will always be here though

Thanks to everyone who donated to help Wendy have a great Christmas and to put food on the table and keep the lights on.
Mike that stuff is going around all over the country. All my great grand kids are getting over it but just about when they are it pops back up again and because we babysit out 2 and 1/2 year ols grandson Jack we are all passing the germs around. That's what happens when you have kids or grand kids or great grand kids.
