Congratulation on your win last month Lou  ~c~ ~c~ Tress once again you broke the 100" mark  ~c~ ~c~ Someone is going to have to steep up big time to catch you in the AOY contest.  ~sweat With the weather cooling off a little and the water settling down some maybe the fishing will get better again.

Good job all around guys. Congrats Lou, awesome job. I'm hoping that Kissimmee will be a nice level playing field for everyone.

@ Cport: ^^^ This ^^^ is one of of the reasons why I love the Classic so much. For the ones who can make it, its a location where we can all compete on the same body of water, under the same conditions, like you said an even playing field.  I do not know what this years classic will bring, but every year there's some challenge thrown into the mix. Year One: we had a huge cold front blow through between day 1 and day 2. Winner: Deadeye. Year Two: Windy, Winner: FishinDaddy. Year 3: Hurricane brushed us the day before the Classic: Winner: BassinLou. Year 4 ?? Like I said, there is always something. But as always, I'm looking forward to whatever challenge lies ahead, and to hang out with everyone once again.   :)

Hmmmm.... a chance? Maybe. If Tress smashes both his thumbs, and loses his fishing rods from now til then, sure.  Lol!!

To tell the truth since I started this job I've been so worn out that even when I've had the chance to go I've passed it up for sleep instead. Then Archery started and I've tried to get out with the SIL a couple of times.

True story I was so worn out that the first morning of Archery I kept falling asleep and falling out of my little folding chair I carried out to the woods to sit on. Good thing I wasn't up in a tree!

Now that things have slowed down I'm starting to feel better. Going to head to Academy shortly to get a few things I'm running low on for fishing at Kissimmee. Think I'll go out tomorrow for a few just to get the rust off.

As of now the plan is to be home from work Thursday night, so I'll head to Kissimmee early Friday to get some fishing in and get a look at the Lake to see how much it's changed since I've been there last.

How could anyone hate Senkos? Probably the bass-catchingest lure ever invented. Hmmm, maybe I should throw them more often...

The News keeps saying about all the troubles happening in PR, but I saw a video last night with the head of the Trucker's Union.

Seems that 3 weeks ago their Governor signed a new law that effected them, so they are NOT hauling the supplies that are stockpiled there to show the PR People what it is like to "suffer" in their words.

Geeze what a bunch of jerks.

Yeah my neighbor who is a cop has family down there. He was telling me how they have a ridiculous amount of supplies just sitting around in warehouses and storage because the government in PR won't release the supplies. Then of course the media is blaming Trump and the US for it, when it's actually the PR government holding back. Real scumbags!

Well I went through most my tackle today. When I sold the boat I just put it in a few bags.

I went through the plastics and separated out some I never use.

I have to slim down the tackle for the RV travels anyway.

Rigged the new H Veritas I got on a super sale a few months ago for flippin. Just pulled a reel off one of the other rods for now.

I will end up selling some rods and reels anyway during the down size. Well.. probably lol.
