I always find these interesting and you can't help but laught when you read some of them. As strict as the law is, it's hard to believe they net so many alcohol arrests. Never heard of Canoe surfing until I read this one.

The Virginia Conservation Police must be some big coffee drinkers. They have a program called Coffee with a CPO. Where you can sit down and have a cup of coffee and visit with a Va CPO and maybe have them tell you some of their real life experiences.
