Tomorrow I am going to mess with some chicken. Now I have grilled plenty of BBQ chicken. I wanted to try something new, so I did some more You Tube research and here is tomorrow's experiment.

I am going to mix up an orange marmalade glaze using a jar of Smucker's Orange Marmalade, the juice of a fresh lemon ( or two), some ground cinnamon, oregano leaves, some basil, and some McCormick Hot Shot red and black pepper seasoning.  I messed around with  the glaze today and found a combo that suited me.

So that is going to be coated on some big chicken breasts. Along with that I am going to grill up some more pineapple, green peppers, cucumbers, onions and some fresh asparagus.

Have any of you ever messed with grilling fruit like oranges, peaches, or pears?  I have seen it done and thought I may try it sometime soon.  Also let me know if you have a favorite chicken, seafood or pork chop recipe for the grill.

I know the rules, no pics- it never happened! I just need to find a way to post them after the Photo Bucket issues.

We do peaches and pears, use a bit of butter and maple syrup, really good!! We grill eggplant, zucchini,
sweet onions, tomatoes, etc. Except for the tomatoes I slice them 1/4-1/2 inch thick, brush on some olive oil, salt and pepper them and cook to done, simple and tasty. I don't marinade veggies, we like the flavor of the veggies.
Browse through the thread their are some great recipes that some of the guys, like Wizard, have posted.

Everyone loves my chicken, not sure why because it's really easy.

Leave the skin on,
Generous shaking of Jane's Crazy Salt
Normal shaking of Onion Power
Normal Shaking of Garlic Power

Que until juices run clear. Turn the heat up and singe the skin to make it crunchy, but don't burn it.

I do have a coon recipe and it's not bad. Not even a Turkey Vulture will eat a chuck.
