Guntersville Early Sept

Looking to make my first to Guntersville.  Would really like to get familiar with this lake so I'm considering getting a guide for a day.  Would like to hear some unbiased recommendations (no guide services).  Anyone fished with Tim Chandler?

highest recommendation for Phillip Criss.  You can book him via Mid South Guide Service.  Lives very near the famous Waterfront Store on Guntersville.  We fished with Phillip for two days last year and it was a totally great experience  Here is a website connection.

Jake Davis!  Period!! I have hired him numerous times, sent people to him, always good catches and very very reasonable. 

Not counting his knowledge of the lake and where the fish are at different times is unsurpassed.  Plus, he's a veteran and I will always support our vets!
