I've been wanting to try one of these forever!!! I have eaten a turkey cooked in one in the past, and it was really good... so my aunt gave me one few months ago & I finally got a chance to fire it up. Turkey was REALLY good. I think I'm going to mix up my own injection though next time and shoot it up as well as rubbing it down w/ seasoning.
