I'm good with either one mentioned so far Lou. I'd say put up a Poll and roll with it.

I think the poll is the only way to get any of us to pick one lol.  ~b~

You guys brought up a great idea using a poll, and since only desktop users will see the actual poll, Tapatalk users will not. So to keep things simple I will just provide one.

You would like the 2017 FLBR Classic at:

A. Lake Kissimmee at Grape Hammock fish camp

Or

B. Lake Istopoga Henderson's fish camp

Just give me a letter.

What qualifies one to fish in this?  I's love to get out and meet some of ya'll and  fish off the back of someone's boat.

Participate in  the Florida Bragging Rights Club, which coincidently the new month starts tomorrow. You do that, and you're welcome to join us at the Classic. :)

Sweet.  I'll have to try and figure out how to do that.  I guess that means I need to find a way to go fishing.

Just find a bank and let your bait fly and be sure to measure all of them on your measuring device and take a picture of them no matter what size they are.  ;D

Keep the votes coming guys, if you think you are going to participate in this year's FLBR classic, your vote is important. I will keep this thread going for little while before the location is official, so far Lake Kissimmee is  the front runner.

Since my last post on this thread, 2 more votes for Lake Kissimmee were posted. Not one vote has come in for Istopoga, and by the looks of it, it doesn't appear there going to be any. Soooooo with that being said, the 2017 FLBR Classic will be held at Lake Kissimmee out of Grape Hammock fish camp.  I will be in touch with Grape Hammock after the 4th July and provide all of you with the details. Be on the look out for a FLBR Classic Thread soon.

Thank you to all who voted and provided feedback. See you guys in October!!  ~gf ~gf ....  ~beer~

For everyone who has attended in years past at Grape Hammock, do you guys want me to request the big grill they have?

Kissimmee is fine. I know some productive areas   Haven't stayed at Grape Hammock, do they have power to the docks to charge batteries?

Each Cabin has a dock assigned to them quite near and each one has power.

They also offer Covered Docks for an extra fee.

I'm bringing my new one this year. The one I brought last year did not survive the trip home.
