Talking with a Chef

We went to supper with friends last night. A nice Italian restaurant for which St. Louis is famous. One of the ladies ordered Salmon with a dill sauce. The chef was mingling with customers and came to our table. I asked if he had tried the Salmon sauce I make. He hadn't but said he thought it would taste good. He came back to the table about 10 minutes later. He had made my simple sauce in the kitchen. He said he liked it but it would be better with some parsley flakes and a little red pepper. He gave me a sample and he was right. If you try my recipe, taste mine, then add in the parsley and red pepper.
