Yeah, it's the same thing here with mudfish. They have razor sharp teeth. I got bit by one a few years ago while unhooking it. Can't imagine what it would be like to accidently lip one.

Them mudfish do have a set of sharp teeth for sure and wouldn't want to stick my none of their mouths.

2 Concerts. Tears for Fears was a pleasant surprise. Probably wouldn't have gone to either show, but the generosity of my friends made it a no-brainer. All I had to pay for was beer and food. Still expensive, but well worth it.
Looking forward to your fishing videos, West. That hippie boat (lol, jk) will get you into some cool spots.

Went to Lake Ashby a smaller lake not to far from me that I like to go to on a Sunday, if I want to fish. Usually not to crowded and the parking is slim so if your one of the first 5 or so there your good.

I hadn't been there for about a year or so and this year was worried about it being to shallow, it's not a deep lake to begin with, bun the extra rain seemed to have helped. I had to off the end of the ramp but it has a very hard bottom and you really couldn't tell, no big blow out hole.

First thing I noticed was the lack of Floating Pads. Before they were all over the place in groups of 1/4 acre to 2 acres to line the whole one side of the lake. Now they were all gone. Completely gone. I'd say that one local homeowner that complained to me about the pads (nowhere to water ski anymore, which was BS) got his way and the FWC came in and wiped them out.

I managed to get 2 bites in the standing pads in very shallow water. After about 4 hours I called it a day.

Nice to see you could get on it again now, sad to see it so void of life.

We launched  our website and posted our first YouTube video. It turned out decent I think.

West thanks for the links and I don't see why this would upset the staff. Your not pushing anything or advertising . We are all friends and family around here and I know you wouldn't do anything to push someones buttons.

Got out on a river for a couple hours this morning before the thunderstorms hit. Water is at normal pool and headed higher. Ugh! Managed to get 3 in the boat with one cull.

I was fortunate to sneak out for about an hour before the rain and lightning returned. Managed to catch one fish on the SB. While the little one of course slammed my bait, the much bigger bass made sure to pass between me and the little fish to show off how big they were...  .. oh well. Don't know if I will be to get out any more this month, so fortunately I won't have a 0 for June.
