By Triton explorer 18 seats are starting to tear at the seams and need some work.  Anyone know where I can have this done or where to buy new seats ?

Since it's just staring. Take the time to shop around for new ones. I know folks that have found them really cheap. I know there are a couple places that will build them and ship to you, just search the web.

If you have a local upholstery shop, swing by and ask them how much, this gives you a number to shoot for.

A friend of mine just put seats from here in his Triton. Look sharp. He says they are comfortable

Here's an example of my seats that were recovered by the previous owner. I think he had someone in Missouri do them but not sure. I like everything except the middle seat won't fold all the way down now - but it's more comfortable.

My boat has the exact seats and color design.  When I get my seat fixed I'm thinking of just leaving the middle seat out.  It just gets stepped on when moving from back to front

Not a bad plan. It would be nice to have storage there also.
