Heading out shortly to hunt some crappie. Any tips on where to look? Not sure of water temp, clarity or any of that yet. I have some good spots for when they move on beds but they are not that far along here yet.

Hope you can find some action out there today. I can't wait to get back out there in about 3 weeks and feel that THUMP again. ;D

Rowdy caught 5 Fri., 4 Sat. and a 12"er Sun.

1/32 jig and a 1&1/2 inch plastic.
Another guy was tossing a1/60 'I believe, with Gulp minnows....the little 1-1 1/2 inch minnows....he uses the same set up for Gills.

No real size and none even close to be spawn ready.......heck...getting fare amount of 2-3yr class size....not sure if they are old enough even to spawn.

Been a real weird spring here in WI.
The up and down temps........no PATTERNS being consistent.

Even the River, being so high, has been a challenge for bass......and not consistent patterns either. >:D

Oh well......OPENER SATURDAY!  ~c~ ~c~ ~c~ ~c~ ~c~ ~c~ ~c~ ~c~

Probably going to hit Delavan.........but with 63-65 temps expected after all this cold........IT'S GOING TO BE A NIGHTMARE NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO!  ~rant

I haven't even had the Kayak out even ONCE yet.  ::)
