UBCS Information

Good Morning Everyone!
Its time to make final preps for the UBCS this year.  There are few things I need to go over. The first is please get your reservations in if you plan to stay at Cypress Bend Resort.  I will be releasing any remaining rooms that are not booked on APRIL 28.  After that everyone is on their own when it comes to places to stay.  The entry fee this year will increase to $45 a person planning to fish and any spouse planning to attend will cost $15.  This is due to ordering shirts this year for everyone that comes to the tournament.  All entry fee money is used to buy prizes and pay for the necessary items needed for the tournament to happen.  I need a head count for each individual planning to attend and a shirt size.  I will be keeping a spreadsheet of the individuals that have paid and their shirt size.  I have to order the shirts no later than May 5. If you plan to attend after that I cannot promise that you will receive a shirt.

I need to receive all entry fees by May 5, so that there is time to get everything in for the raffle and buy the food items/shirts.

Alcohol, Meat, Fishing/Hunting Stories and Good times are not authorized for the 2017 UBCS. If you want to utilized any of previous mentioned items, you will need to fill out a requisition form and file it with your TPS reports.
LOCKJAW bass club is the approval authority for such matters of "good times" and is on a case by case basis. Failure to submit appropriate forms and reports prior to deadline will incur a "cuddle time with LeDoux" penalty.
Consideration on all previous mentioned items can be submitted to "Jared LeBlue". He can be found running around camp in his pink glitter thong. Caution: Approach at your own risk after midnight.
Please note: Discretionary "FUN" audits may be imposed at UBCS during hours of darkness.

That is right. Make sure you stop by cabin 7 for approval of good times. After midnight there will be time for pillow talk with John LeDoux.We normally save that special one on one time for the TCTC members.

Yeah well you will be at San Miguel partying  with the real fisherman while the rest of TCTC will be at Cypress Bend playing golf and getting their nails done.
