Those stock hooks? I've taken to replacing my spook hooks with the KVD Triple Grips. Had a few 14/15" fish bend out hooks on a couple of my spooks. Don't like that one bit.

Yeah, they stock. I have some extra hooks somewhere. I think it was more my fault as well, had the drag too tight. Not used to reels that have as much drag as this thing does.  lo
My wife says she is gonna leave me if I go fishing one more time........lord how I will miss that woman.

Monkey got me the other day.

Decided to try a Jackall frog cause the shape and color looked cool. Basically marketing got me lol.

Of course I've been waiting for my teckle sprinker Frog for months. Finally got it.
The arashi crank was on sale and I though the self tuning thing might be cool.

The fishhead spin should be useful when wanting to throw a smaller profile than a spinnerbait.

Of course was running low on tungsten and these were on sale so why not?

I had ordered a Fruck months ago, and they keep pushing back the date. I think I am gonna call them and cancel the fruck order.

Damn Cabelas! I should have ordered 200 packs of the Rage Tail Magnum Bugs they were only $1.88. The reel was what I plan to try to use for me a dedicated swimbait setup. Not the huge ones but the 7" or so baits. I have one more reel coming, Lew's BB1, from Bud  ;) and that completes every baitcaster rod I own.

Nice bunch of goodies rickdelprado. Currious about that Jackall frog too. What color is the bottom?

That teckle sprinker Frog would be great here. White so far has been killer. My homemade one catches fish like mad. Just haven't caught the monsters with it yet.

i started this monstrosity of a thread  lo lo

they were not on sale, those swimjigs are awesome, dont really get hung up in boat docks which is the primary cover in my lake.  Not all true total tungsten, either.  They are a tungsten resin, which is probably how they were able to get the shape of the head.  Therefore not as durable as real tungsten but they are still pretty tough.

I got them at TW and they were about 6 bucks each.

no worries.  I didnt think 6 was that bad for them.  They are really sensitive and like i said they really glide over, under and through boat lifts and docks.  Knock on wood, I have not hung one up yet.  For reference I have used one for approximately 8 total hours of fishing over the course of a couple days.

one of our sponsors, I think its monster has good deals on tungsten usually.  Like a couple dollars for a small pack of 1/8 oz and smaller weights.  trash bomb ones are about 2 - 3 bucks apiece which is a dang good deal for a big ounce + size.

Got em from TW. Caddy is right though, they weren't on sale. They were just cheaper than the other brands.
I get my tungstens from Tungstenalley usually, but since I was making a purchase from TW I decided just to get the Lunker City ones.
