Well, it's not on the caliber of stuff you guys are posting in here but the monkey got me for just a little bit of $$. I purchased one of the Fatsack rulers to use in the iBass tourney. Cool thing is I ordered it about an hour and a half ago and got a text about a half hour ago that they already created the shipping label - on a Sunday!

Now the problem as you might expect is that it felt so good to buy that simple little item that the money is sitting on my shoulder whispering into my ear and putting all kinds of ideas into my head 

Smallie the good thing about that place where we bought them rulers is that they don't have any fishing baits for the monkey to talk us into getting.

I have that exact same size Gantrell swimbait just in a different color. The only rod I own right now that I could throw it on is a saltwater spinning rod. I've been thinking about the Dobyns Fury 795 SB or 796 SB for it. What so you guys think?

I lost my 5 inch bluegill swimbait at Vista View (not on a tree, I was slow rolling it at the bottom and musta wedged itself in a rock) . Before I lost it though I hooked up with a big ol bass but the hook sucks on the weedless huddleston. I suspect thats why I lost the fish.
This Gantarel is for Vista View, and whatever other place I can chuck it.

I bought a Berkley Lightning Shock that goes from 3/4 to 3oz. Thats what I am using for my swimbaits.

No discount on the frogs, them be the frogs with the boot leg coming out their rears. Plop, plop, plop, plop!

My other ABU showed up today. Its actually not mine. A friend wanted one when I told him about the deal. he is a huge ABU fan so it was right up his ally.

I also got a couple spools of 50lb BPS Hyper Braid to try. It was BOGO free. Man this stuff looks extremely thin. I actually went back and looked at the box thinking it was labeled wrong. Actually I think it still is but its measuring very close to the .28mm that it says its suppose to be.
