Anybody have any experience with this copolymer line? Was thinking of picking up a spool to try after I'm ready to respool. It seems like it gets pretty good reviews.

My wife says she is gonna leave me if I go fishing one more time........lord how I will miss that woman.

I used it for a bit. I already used up the spool. Honestly.. although the line was ok, Yozuri  got the job done and it was found locally.

You like it better than YoZuri? Or YoZuri better?

Both lines were good. But after experiencing the 2 lines, Yozuri gets the nod. Yozuri is tougher (meaning it can withstand more abuse).

McCoy Mean Green was suggested to me by a Friend a few years ago.  I bought a spool of their 10 lb test for use on my baitcasters.  The line worked well but seemed to be softer and less tolerant to abrasion than my favorite, Trilene XT green. I have gone to more P-Line here to try lately, CX and Fluoroclear.  I purchased a spool of Yo-zuri Hybrid at the MR flea market in 12 lb but haven't put it on any thing yet.  I don't have many reels with Trilene XT anymore btw.  I would like to find one line supplier but haven't found one that I am happy with everything they make.  Next purchase will be for braid.

Yz can withstand extreme stretch a lot better than McCoy for hang ups that's for sure!!

I'm a fan of the McCoy mean green, I never thought YZ handled all that well.

Still use Berekley XL and XT

I have to agree with this ^^  I use McCoy and I have used YZ and went back to McCoy--I think it handles better-has same stretch as YZ and I think it has pretty good abrasion resistance.  Guess that is why there are so many different lines--different opinions and none of them are wrong--whatever works for you.
