Bought a new 195.  Any body utilizing the "micro-pole" on this size boat?

I have a TW175 and the micro was deemed too small for it so I would imagine it is too small for you.

save your money for a power pole or talon. micro is made for much smaller boats.

You might get away with a micro on a 16ft, but not on a 19.
My wife says she is gonna leave me if I go fishing one more time........lord how I will miss that woman.

That anchor system will not be the best for your size boat. However there are several shallow water anchors that you might want to consider that might work well for you and not be expensive.

I purchased this system for my Tracker, but I have a Pro Team 165 compared to your 195.

I have a 17'8 and my boat weight is just barely okay for them.. I would get two but still. Being at the limits worried me.

Everyone I asked about sorta leaned that I should not apply the Micro-Pole. But then if I upgrade to the Power-Pole they say that if you install one you wish that you installed 2!  $4k plus install costs..... ::)

Doing OK Lip! Loving Atlanta so far...
