New twist on an old favorite.

So as many of you know a jig is one of those baits that alot of people use on a regular basis.Well this can cause bass to become conditioned to the bait.  Almost every one uses a trailer of some type and its usually a craw type for flipping/brush jigs and paddle tails etc for swimjigs. Here is my tip give them something different I do so by using a spinnerbait blade in place of a softplastic/pork trailer. It gives off vibration flash and noise and depending on the cover you can change blade type to fit your needs.In thick cover such as brush I use a willow leaf as it has a narrower profile and it works well.For sparser cover and grass I use a Colorado blade.I will be testing the Indiana blade soon.

I like it for slow rolling along the bottom and stroking (lift and fall presentation)

Well as mike said it works for a lift and fall and slower presentation. That said I've found it to work really well in dark stained and muddy water as they give off noise and flash. It also gives the bass something different to look at which that alone can make the difference.
