Fished Cypress this morning from 9 a.m. to noon.  Only caught 2 small bass and 3 sac-a-lait (white perch), all on a spinnerbait.  Wind was pretty fierce.  Water temps in the low 70's.  Saw bassadict69 at the ramp, hopefully he has a better report.

Not much better  :(

Michelle & I fished from 9 til about 3pm & ended up with 13 crappie & 2 bass. All were caught shallow on a white Lil' Fishie on a small jighead with a spinner,( a beetlespin that we replaced the body with the Lil Fishie.)
Michelle started out with a regular white beetle spin. I caught 5 before I told her I had changed the plastic body to the Fishie. Once she changed over she started catching fish also.

Fish were scattered & around noon we had to slow the baits WAY down, almost to a stop to catch fish.

Winds were really fierce! we carried my fire dept radio with us so we could check the weather if it started looking bad. We checked at about 2pm & they said winds were blowing 20-25 mph!  :shocking: :o
