Lol I believe that. I think I'm going to have to get me one of these fabled LSCRs... Trouble is I don't have any money at the moment and I'm guessing he's booked out to 2028 based on how much you guys love them.

Got the rod in today, and its quite nice for what it is. 13 Fishing Defy rod M 6'7. Build seems rpetty good using Japanese 24 ton HTC blank construction, stainless guides with Zirconia inserts. Hopefully get this thing some action soon. Its overall a pretty budgeted setup for UL style fishing considering what Ive paid for everything. Its a combo that wont get used a whole lot, so I didnt want to go too nuts.

Got the handle in for the budget build. ZPi 80mm carbon fiber handle I got for $30.

The good thing is that most people don't fish small in Florida. You should really put numbers in the boat. I started using the ned rig this year and caught more 5lbers than I ever have. Amazing how throwing something new works.
