Steering Wheel Console Trim Installation

I have a 2010 with a 150 Mercury.  I'd like to add a trim switch to the steering wheel console, but I'm WAY more comfortable working on cars/trucks than my boat.  Any suggestions where I can get instructions  on how to make this install?

I tried a Google search to narrow it down to Mercury. Here's what I got. I think once you confirm the colors, you should be OK.
