Recessed trolling motor on 700lx DC

I have a 2005 Nitro 700lx DC.  I am wanting to put a recessed trolling motor tray in my boat.  Has anyone done this with this type boat?  It looks easy to install just want to make sure there is room.

try googling adding recessed tray to your boat, you may find a video on doing it and what precautions to take.
