Hello everyone I'm new to the forum I'll be spending a lot of time in the md area wondering should I bring the boat. What lakes allow bass boats and what lakes would be best I fish 95% for bass. Thanks in advance

Well blife, It depends where you are and what kind of boat you have.  There are many places to fish in Maryland.  We are a place with lots of Tidal water.  Just about any river or creek off the Chesapeake Bay will get you many bass.  Even areas at the top of the Bay, Susquehanna Flats, will produce some really nice fish.
We have many lakes and ponds that are restricted to electric motors.  Some you can have your gasoline motor mounted but it cannot be in the water.  I fish Piney Run in Carroll County, NW of Baltimore, close to the Pennsylvania line.  Piney Run is electric motor but you can have the gas motor mounted.  Liberty, Prettyboy and Loch Raven which are all Baltimore City Reservoirs are electric motor only and NO gasoline motor attached.  They also require a special tag to be able to use and the boat cannot be used anywhere else.
Deep Creek Lake in Western Maryland is an open lake.  You can run your gas motor out there.  I understand it is a great smallmouth lake.
The Potomac River over near DC has been a GREAT place to fish for bass.  Below the 95 bridge has always been one of my favorites.  It has been years since I have but now I have another fiberglass boat I will be there.

Thanks for the advice I have a 19' bass boat with a 150 merc. I'm near belair but willing to travel some and would rather be in regular lakes I fear brackish water on my engine.

If you're in the Belair area and don't want the brackish water then Conowingo would be your closest refuge.  Get a map and look it over really well and aquaint yourself with the lake before going there.  Around the islands there are rocks bigger than our boats.  Other rocks are dotted all over it.  If you stay in deeper water, check a map and talk to anyone that's familiar with it is your best bet.
Several WSSC lakes like Tridelphia and Rocky Gorge still allow running on your bow mount with the gas motor out of the water.  Same goes for Piney Run in Carroll County.  There are also PA lakes that will allow the gas motor tilted up and run on the bow mount if you're interested.  Good luck.
