I know what you mean... Been a roller coaster for sure. Hope this works out! Only thing that could mess it up now would be the boat not being as advertised and that doesn't seem to be the case at the moment. Would post pics but I don't want anyone swooping in and buying it out from under me.

Gotta wait on the money end of it so I will be taking ownership of the boat NEXT Friday. I've waited over a year.... I suppose 4 extra days won't hurt!

Got her home last night. Was able to get out this morning and put her through the paces. She's fun to drive! Gonna definitely take some seat time to get her dialed in. She bumped 67 gps yesterday on the test drive. Best I could get today was 63 but I was on a lake with some sketchy boat lanes and didn't quite get her pegged put. Needless to say, I'm in love!

The guy I bought it from claims it has seen 71 with a very light load and just him in the boat.
Yesterday I had my tournament partner running in his PIII in front of me through the boat lanes on this lake (they suck!!) so I could lay down some GPS tracks. I felt like 63 in used water behind him was a decent number... it was walking pretty good at that point and I had my dad in the boat plus all of our gear. Hopefully I can get down to the river before too long and get a long run in some clean water to dial her in a little better. Regardless she's plenty fast and handles great. She wants to dance over 60 but some if that is my rustiness behind the wheel. My old classic was slow and easy to drive... this girl want's to get up and show off more! gotta get used to that! I've got a ton of pics on my cell... will try to upload some tomorrow or tuesday and show her off a little.
