Well I bought a Gambler specific 10 JP directly from Bobs. When I pulled my old Gambler manual (I am guessing it's a CMC) plate off the holes aren't even close!! Like an inch wider on the top on the Bobs and about 3 inches off at the bottom and I don't know what I have to do now? Anyone have any problems like this when they changed theirs? My only option appears to be to redrill my transom. Anyone have any input?

I'd get with Bob's and make sure they understood what you needed and that they didn't by chance send the wrong part number.

I would be very hesitant to drill new holes in the transom. It can be done, but manufacturers use a jig that is perfectly set up to make sure everything is square to the millimeter. Off a little bit and it can create really problems at high speed that you will rack your brain trying to figure out.

I have talked to Bobs several times over the last couple days. Yesterday I heard back finally from their "engineer". He said what I had was impossible as they make JP for ALL Gambler Boats. I asked if he had looked at the pictures I sent? It was no joke that's what I have...  in order to do what I needed they need to make me one custom which will cost me more money or his other recommendation is to redrill my transom. I probably got a little hot headed but said I ain't drilling my Bass boat to fit YOUR jackplate....ain't happening.  He said the best they could do is send me an RA and they would " waive" the restock fee.
I am calling today to talk to whom ever is the head cheese. Because First of all I ain't happy about it not fitting secondly the CS hasn't helped at all either. It's a simple fix in  the real world but apparently not in the world of engineering and Cad systems. I am going to call Atlas CMC and Detwieller today someone will make me a JP and Bobs can suck it

I hate that your having such problems. Are they suggesting your boat was drilled differently than all other gamblers? Not really possible as every boat is drilled with the same jig?
