Nitro Z7

Just purchased a new 2015 Nitro Z7 and would like the know from the othe Nitro owners out there how they have there rod boxes set up. I'm going to use the left side compartment and would like to have had round slots to slide each rod into up in the front of the box. Has anyone made anything that will work for this?

I use my left rod locker for my rods and the right one for storage. I don't have the rod holders in mine but I do have my rods in rod jackets so they don't tangle up.

Center storage I have all my tackle and I use my back storage for extra ice chest, partners stuff, and my weigh bag, ruler, and culling tags. You going to find out quick that the ice chest in that boat sucks. It doesn't hold ice very well and it's small. I use it as a day box.

True on the ice chest. I'm thinking about putting foam on the outside walls to make it more useful. I hate having extra ice chest in the floor of the boat.

I'm going to actually make a tube type rod holder on the left side of mine. I'm waiting till winter because I'm using my time catching fish now. I'll send you a picture once I'm finished.

And who has a good culling tag system for the live well?

I have one and it sets up in the front part of the center compartment. It holds 10 or 12 plano boxes. I ordered it when I order the boat.

I think mine was installed when the boat came in. The only thing I installed in my boat were some cook tackle systems which are on the lids of my center compartment and the right front compartment. Just put it all the way to the front of the compartment and screw it into that ledge on each side with the screws provided( if they were provided). I would go look at mine to be sure but my boat is in the shop for it's yearly service.
