Help with 03 nitro 901 CDX restore

Bought a this boat about 3 months ago and really want to make it look good.  Needs lots of work: a few gauges don't work, hinges are messed up, carpet ripping up, seats are cracked, fish finders are junk, compartment lights don't work.  Looking to redo carpet a nice dark grey color, put front bow lights in the rubber rail in front of boat, new upholstery, 2 new fish finders ( any nice recommendations), and want to redo the entire console.  Want to relocate the live well switches on the side to nice push button switches on console.  Want to get some cool new gauges as well.  Now with this said does anyone know how I can get the console cluster redone?  Will I need to buy new cluster with no holes in it or can I somehow us my console now and somehow fix the previous holes where the gauges were now?  Looking for all tips before I start my restoration this winter.
