Smoked Bacon

Smoked at what temp? Was it a cold smoke and then fried the bacon like usual? Or was it actually cooked and ready to eat after smoking?

Quick smoked and cooked at 300 degees. Place slices over a bacon rack. Eat it now or store in the refrigerator. Bacon can be reheated in the microwave for 10 seconds on high.

I did some lamb bellies a few weeks back. Brined and smoked. If you are a fan of lamb they sure do taste good. Use just like bacon.
