Way to go Dawg. I leave float plans every time I go out. Sometimes the wind blows my boat to far to row back to where I launched. One of my kids usualy comes to the ramp I end up at and rescues me. LOL

Thanks - learned something new today.  Have always let someone know vicinity I will be fishing, they all know what kind of boat I use, and my cell phone number, but have never left a Float Plan.  Much more detailed and may end up getting help to you quicker should you wind up stranded.  Thanks for the great information.
