Went out for bit, to a local canal. Love was definitely in the air. Bass and peacocks were in a very loving mood today. So loving that the bass didn't even pay attention to me. Lol!!

Ok gang here the numbers for the 1st week of March.

1. WEST: 5 fish: 77.75

2. Rick D.: 4 fish: 67"
3. PZ: 3 fish: 57.5"
4. Bassinlou: 3 fish: 45.5"
5. Deadeye: 3 fish: 43.5"

6. CCR: 3 fish: 40.5"
7. FishinDaddy: 3 fish: 40"
8. LMG: 2 fish: 28"
9. Dark: 1 fish: 13"
10. TWIG: 1 fish: 12.5"

There you have it. I don't think I messed up anyone numbers.  lo Maybe... double check and feel free to let me know. Goodluck this week everybody.

I fished a tourney yesterday for the first time and dont know how but we won it. Caught a bunch and didnt measure one  ~b~. But my FIL and I are going to Stick Marsh the 29th so hopefully I can catch some nice fish and measure them  ;D

Hey bfn check out florida bass network...there are a couple regulars that live down by the marsh and report regularly. Heard it has been rough lately. Construction at the parking lot too.

Here is my brief report of my outing. The bigger fish was caught on a big stickworm. I usually do not fish these but i said what the heck. I was txting someone when i felt a hard tick and the line starting swimmimg out. Set the hook the rest is history. Fish number 2 was caught on a booyah spinner bait around some grass..

I am not a real fan of jerkbaits anymore. I will fish them if i really have to.
