The March Bragging Rights contest is underway. If you are interested in participating please read over the rules and declare your intention. Everyone else who follows us, enjoy, its going to be a crazy month.

What's funny is one month I didn't ever post any fish due to being busy.. moving and stuff. I bet if I would of placed 5 or so I would be doing pretty well for AOY.

No seriously I hear ya, it only takes one bad month with this crew for someone to have a great month and take the lead. I'm a good example, had a good lead going into November and did terrible for November and December and Lou had two great months, so did LMG.

Last month I was tied for 2nd with LMG and Lou had a good lead. But as we have seen before with this crew of guys anyone can win any month. Makes it fun and keeps it interesting.

Took you just didn't hold your arms out far enough away from you. That is how they always do it on TV to make a 2 lber look like a 5-6 lber.

I won one of the first months and had big fish. Then I was on vacation and moving during I think August and seriously never posted a fish. I even caught one or two and never posted them lol. Then these last few months have been rough for sure! I am looking forward to getting out on the water these next few days weather permitting.

My last work days were beautiful then Friday it was cold out, Saturday and Sunday it rained most the day. Our water levels are some of the highest in a long time. A couple of years ago people were getting grounded in the chain of lakes. Now people are hitting the top of their boats on bridges lol

The AOY of the year is up for grabs. No one person has run away in the standings. Which shows the consistency and skill set of this bunch. I know for me personally its been a challenge. Due to family reasons a few months back i did not post not even one catch. However i busted my butt to stay consistently in the top 3. On average the top 5. Believe it or not, last month has been my first month that I have ever placed 1st since the inception of this contest from the previous site. This is a fun group, and i look forward to every month because a new set of challenges always are at play. Be it personal, weather, and the fish themselves. Goodluck to everyone this month.
