Weather is overcast today with high chance of rain.

Hopefully that topwater bite is on.  But who knows with that high water and water temperature lately.

We had a good day today. Fishing got tough after 9. Had a little mechanical issue with the livewell. We decided to throw the fish back in the lake so they would survive. We took the time since we were there to enjoy the lake. We both like fishing the southern end better. On the plus side I did get Lou to catch his first flipping fish. And I had him casting an EZ with my Team Daiwa Zillion.😈 Was a relaxing day, well sort of. I'm pooped.

Whew... made it home safely. I am beat. I have to begin to unload and clean up the boat. I have some pics to share as well and my day in perspective. But all that will be later or maybe tomorrow. Lol!!
