Don't count me out yet boys!
I'd like to cull my one of my 13" with this 15.25

That should put me at 71.25 if I am not mistaken.

Nice job Rick!!

Nice job Rick!!

Thanks Lou and Pferox!
Lou I caught that one and 4 ten to eleven inchers at our mutual fishing grounds after work.

Also felt so comfortable with my casting that I went to Tropical after and caught 2 smaller fellas and 1 twelve and a half. Unfortunately those don't help my cause lol. But it was fun to catch fish at night even though they were small.

By the way I saved the 15 inch fish. His gps broke, when I put him in the water he got turned around and swam into the reeds and beached himself. I had not noticed till a minute or two later when I heard thrashing in the reeds. I look over and hes laying on them so I had to use the handle of my rod to push him back into the water. Eventually he found his way. lol

All of the time I lived in Florida, I never fished the Glades, never made it to Key West either, and that was on my bucket list.  Too bad.

As a matter of fact, if it wasn't for the fact that we had one of the first UB rallies at the Big O, I probably would have never fished there either, got to meet Mr. Dance.  Bill was out filming his salt water show at the time.

There was just too much water and too little time in Polk County, then add my trips to the Coast and I did fish a lot for sure.

I need to move back...........

Well I just recently started going to the glades and I've never really gone deep into the glades either. Never been on a boat out there. I do a lot of my bank fishing alone so I try not to venture to far out of civilization. lol

I haven't been surf fishing as much as I should have been, for a lot of the same reasons.  I don't have 4WD, so am leary about driving on the beach in some spots.  Lots of rattle snakes around here, little ones compared to Florida, but they are feisty little critters.  Most of the gators that want to hurt you around here walk on two legs.

Since the big C thing, money has been a little tight, so I haven't been to the Piers in Galveston and I miss that.  I usually fish locally around here by my self, usually smaller fish, but what I probably can only handle right now.  I've turned into such a woosie recently, jeesh.

I need to improve my camera skills.
I'd like to cull my 13 and one of my 13.25
Both are 14.25  That should put me at 73.50

Hey Rick what are the measurements on those fish?  I'm having a hard time reading the ruler.

Maybe I misread it, I am good for that.  They were nice fish, BTW, congratulations.
