Got a few to cull today. Not much but I'll take what I can get.  Had a ton of hits on a jig but all were short strikes at the trailer.  Got these two on a watermelon red speed worm.

I believe that will nudge me into 5th place.  I go back to work Wednesday but I'm going to try and get out tomorrow AM for a kicker fish.  But who knows.  The wife is off so ya never know.

Dang strait. After today Im positive about that. Ive hit 3 ponds, west toho, east toho, and lake kissemmee.

Another day with about a dozen catches all in the sub 14" range.

Sold the Yak. Loved it but it wasnt being used as much as I planned on. I found myself falling back into my old routine of shore fishing and wading. I come across a lot of mocassins though.

Last one almost got me at stick marsh. Out of all the places at the restroom door!

Had a good time out on the water this AM and the fish were actually biting for once.  Unfortunately I lost a good size fish because I didn't ask for the net lol. Had a good time regardless with FishinDaddy and looking forward to fishing again with him.  Thanks for putting me on some fish!

FD, pls help me clarify. On your outing with WEST, you posted 3 pics. 2 pics of 16"'s and 1 pic showing a fish that looks like 14.5" on your measuring stick. Even if the fish was a 14, I am getting either 71.5 or 73" but no 72". Unless one of the 16" pics was meant to be a pic of another 14" fish. Let me know. Thanks.

It's getting pretty close!! I know sadly, I am done. I thought maybe tomorrow the Mrs, would be getting of of work early and maybe relieve me with the kids for an hour in the late afternoon, but it's not happening. LMG says he's out til next month. Chris is always a surprise, and the Central FL crew keep catching up....  Let's see how this plays out.
