I got to go out today and both my friend and I had pretty good days.

I got my five today and was even able to do some culling.

My five for today are 18.5", 12", 15.5", 12", and 15.5" for a total of 73.5".

I forgot to tell, I caught the biggest on Melon Shad Swim Bait, and the others were caught on a Shakyhead with a black trick worm.

went out this morning before work around 8am to a new spot. was there for 30 minutes, got one dink, maybe 12-13 inches, nothing worth posting the curse of the Gambler must be upon me

Ok, which ever of you did a Voodoo Curse on me, enough is enough. I have been out four times now and not one bite.

All of this started after the heavy rains that flooded the River and it still is high. I guess I'll have to try somewhere else.

Deadeye I feel your pain. Last 2 times I have been out have only been able to catch a few dinks.Pick up the sports page yesterday morning and in the fishing report for the St. John's they talk about how the river is "on fire" with bass fishing. Must be the shiner bite.
