Good to know. I want to try out one of the Lunker combat frogs, either Zulu or Fox Trot. Ohh and btw, thanks for helping me pick out a new froggin rod. I absolutely love my new rod.

Lunker frogs quality is not that good imho. Only two frogs I throw are booyah's  and Lt's.

Cool man glad to hear it. I am skeptical about those lunker frogs....I will stick to booyah, for the price and effectiveness they can't be beat. The spro and LT frogs are twice as much and Lou swears by the LT I have the mouse and it sucks, I just am not gonna pay 10 bucks.

Lunker came out with a whole new design for the new combat frogs. I used to to swear by the LT frogs too, it was my first topwater frog i ever caught a bass on. I got a spro frog to try it out and I like the action on it but im yet to catch a fish on it. Might give it another try this weekend.

Yup and i like it a lot. I have only been fishing for a little over a year now and really have never used a really good rod, but I really like the feel and weight of this rod.

You are  passing  up some nice underrated mono. Cajun isn't  bad at all. Just saying, since  you like economical.

I have a few spools of that in 17#, lol. That actually has more stretch than my 12# YoZuri, lol.

Yes, but it won't be used in the same application as the yozuri. I am throwing 30# braid back on the energy. The mono is for the trebles, getting ready to throw some cranks and jerks this winter

first one on a 4" grnpmkn dinger weightless trigged....the other 3 on 5" melon shad ace wacky rigged.
