Norther colorado fishing report

Fished some small ponds in the Fort Collins area 3/16/14 in preparation for vacation. Caught three bass on square billed crank bait with a slow erratic retrieve off shore.  Fished in the afternoon for about one hour. green vegetation was starting to grow fish seemed to be in good shape

If you're catching them on Square bills it won't be long and they will be spawning With some vegetation in the water, it should be clear enough to be able to find some beds, the spawning ritual is fun to watch.
